29. Ricardo no está haciendo "pupú." (Ricardo is not making "poop.")
Papá: Le traigo a Ricardo, porque tiene cinco días que no puede evacuar.
(I bring to you Ricardo, because he has three days that he cannot stool.)
Doctor: ¿Está comiendo normalmente?
(Is he eating normally?)
Papá: Ya no. Inicialmente estaba comiendo toda su comida, pero ayer empezó a disminuir su apetito. Ahora, sólo quiere tomar cosas líquidas, y cuando le toco la barriga, se queja.
(Now no. Inicially, he was eating all his food, but yesterday his appetite began to diminish. Now, he only wants to take liquid things, and when I touch his belly, he complains.)
Doctor: Entiendo. En realidad, luce un poco distendido. ¿Ha tenido alguna otra cosa, como vómitos o fiebre?
